The Scottish Government is planning to legislate on emergency powers in the event of future public health crises in its Coronavirus (Recovery and Reform) (Scotland) Bill.

Universities Scotland gave evidence to the Scottish Parliament’s Education, Children and Young People’s Committee inquiry on the Bill on Wednesday 2 March 2022.
